If you want to lose weight, you need to reduce your food consumption and increase your physical activity. It can be difficult to remember what you are eating over a period of time. It is now possible with this PC software.

The software is made to control your food consumption and physical activity. It uses a table of weights and a calorie value database which contains many different topics. In the calorie value database are both food (caloric intake) and exercises (caloric expenditure).

Enter your weight, height, sex etc. and the program will calculate your overweight according to your normal (desirable) weight. Furthermore your body mass index (BMI) will be displayed.

Next you enter on a daily basis your food consumption and the level of your physical activity. Topics you will find in the calorie value database.

You can add your own topics in the calorie value database. E.g. information for this purpose you can find labelled on the food packages you buy.

On request the program will calculate how your weight loss is progressing according to your normal (desirable) weight. The program will simulate how long time it takes before you reach your normal weight. From these figures you can decide if you need to increase or reduce your calorie consumption.
